Nice area and staff. The cleanliness isn't.

Liked:The location was great. Quiet and nice. Across from a park. The staff was very nice.

Disliked:The room wasn't clean. The floor was dirty and turn feet and socks completely black. There was dirty and cobwebs. The sheet was dirty and had a stain that appeared to be dried blood. We asked for a new sheet and extra blanket. We never received it. The area in hallway was dirty the whole time of our stay. Dog hair never vacuum. The elevator area had the same dirt from Thursday evening until Sunday morning. The whole time of our stay.

Disliked:The place was dirty ! They said my DoorDash driver can’t deliver my food to my door even though I have a baby they said not to leave their towels outside when it was dirty previous to me being here so where am I going to put it? This is more like jail then a place I am paying to stay at I am beyond disappointed there are knats everywhere there was dog fur all over the place floor was not swept just horrible!
