Clean resort well kept up and pleasant people, on the beach!

Liked:They charge a daily 15$ parking fee and a daily 25$ resort fee, payable when you arrive. Ask about it when making your reservations. It is "hidden" fees. They also make you put down a 300$ deposit that I was told I will get back in 2 weeks.

Location, location, location

Liked:We try to come down yearly as we love the area! PBSR is in an excellent position to enjoy all the area has to offer. We love being so close to the beach! Just a boardwalk jaunt from the pool area to the beach. If you’re not an owner, don’t expect to be in an updated room. The rooms aren’t bad, but could be more comfortable. The furniture is worn. It has most of what you need to prepare some meals in your room. The Islander Restaurant is very handy. It has good food and very good pizza. Is it the nicest place we’ve stayed, no. Will we stay here again? Yes!
