Liked:The room i stayed in. I would even request the same room whenever I stayed there (if it was available).

Disliked:I have stayed at this hotel 4 times within the last 4 months. The staff and Manager when from being pleasant and professional in the first visit to very rude and unprofessional. I book the recent Stay on booking.com. the day I was on my way to the hotel to check-in i received an email from booking.com the hotel "canceled" my reservation stating they could not accommodate because they were booked. The problem with that is I booked my reservation a week in advance, I am one of their regular customers. That Is when I really felt very unwelcomed there. I know I did not doing anything wrong. Very peaceful and kept the neat and tidy when I stayed there. I will never go there again and would never go again!! I read the reviews on this hotel before my first Stay and they were "not good". A great deal of the reviews were about the rudeness of the front desk staff. Although I tend to believe this may have happen, I still wanted I to give this hotel the benefit of the doubt until I see it for myself. Well unfortunately the reviews proved to be very accurate. I tried to speak with the manager, when he would make himself available. I seems the concerns of frequent customer was not important for him to respond to.
