Excellent location shame about the service considering a 5star hotel and the cost

Liked:The location was amazing , breakfast was lovely and the staff were very poilite

Disliked:stayed for 4 nights and only had our room changed once even though we had left the note on the door to say we wanted it cleaned so we didnt have any clean towels and we didnt get any updated refreshments in the room and the room was full of cups etc so very dissopointing , when we mentioned it at check out we didnt really get anything back from them not even a sorry

Unbeatable location!

Liked:Location was fantastic. Right in the middle of everything that makes Positano! Lots of great restaurants and bars close by. Excellent breakfast with an unbeatable view.

Luxury with a view

Liked:Customer service was exceptionally great. We received early check in the day we reached. Every one was super nice and location was brilliant. Excellent breakfast, infinity pool and we received complimentary prosecco.

Disliked:I only wish the infinity pool is open beyond 6 pm in the evening
