Liked:Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Space for breakfast was good as we had a dog with us. Our room was comfortable, clean and facilities were good

Good value for money but not luxurious

Liked:The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was better than a basic hotel but not luxurious. There was no background noise in the room We were able to use Netflix on the big screen TV, which was a bonus. We really liked the Forest of Bowland that we came to visit and on one wet day we greatly enjoyed the Harris in the otherwise unremarkable Preston town centre

Disliked:The breakfast had a wide range of food on offer, though one or two things were unavailable on the last day of our stay. Some hot food did not benefit from sitting in warming trays
