Disappointing old Ramada

Liked:The staff were polite.

Disliked:I booked as I thought the brand would insure the standards. But no! Our room was old, the a/c was not properly working and it was 35C outside. The fridge was not working at all! The towels were old and so hard on touch.

Great staff amazing location

Liked:Amazing staff in communication far beyond expectations, my hotel just before it was at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus and I can say the staff at Ramada by far very nice and hospitable. 30 min from airport 5 min walk from mall of Istanbul.

Disliked:To have dental kit, better pillows
