Liked:Location was the best part.

Disliked:Staff was horrible. They say the costumers matter. Watch out for there rules and make sure you read the fine print cause they don’t care about what’s right.

The staff was kind, but the room needed much better cleaning and maintenance.

Liked:We really appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were, especially when we needed a key replacement or had questions. The kitchenette in our room was a great bonus and made our stay feel more like home.

Disliked:The bathroom door didn’t lock or close, and the AC had an unpleasant smell. I also noticed dry blood on the drapes and a leaking sink. There were still items left behind from the previous guest, which made the room feel like it hadn’t been cleaned properly.

Liked:We chose this property due to location however we didn’t even end up staying here due to conditions this place is ran. They shouldn’t even be open due to unsanitary circumstances of the rooms

Disliked:Management won’t give me a refund even though we DID NOT end up staying due to the poorly not kept hotel. This place is absolutely disgusting don’t even bother going here. Bodily fluids left on the sheets absolutely disgusting

You may schedule additional housekeeping services on a customized schedule through the front desk for an additional cost. Please contact the Hotel for more details. Towels and linens are available at the front reception.
