Sad and Stark

Liked:The location couldn't be better. Safe, close to restaurants, etc.

Disliked:The room, the same price as the beautiful suite at the Kimpinski the previous night,was stark, noisy and featured a 1989 sofa and a bed mattress devoid of substance.

Great location with beautiful views but the rooms need work

Liked:Great location and the fact it had a pool albeit needs maintenance as it wasn’t clear water. Also, not heated as advertised it was freezing cold.

Disliked:Gave us an accessible room but didn’t advertise this is what was booked, it was also on the ground floor so very difficult to sleep due to continuous noise from upstairs and those walking round the ground floor. We could hear very loud conversations from other travellers and staff. The window may as well not be there sounded like it was wide open when it wasn’t. Shower was awful and old needs completely replacing.

Liked:The rooms with lake views are fantastic, the sheets are exceptionally soft and high quality, and the pool area is absolutely amazing.

Disliked:We did have to unplug the air freshener because the scent was a bit strong for us, and the rooms facing the parking lot felt somewhat stuffy.
