Liked:Staff was great when checking in. Everything was explained clear. Room was great

Disliked:Didn't stay longer. Access to room. Had to use exit that was close to our car the door I used did not have key lock to re enter.. Had to go through lobby..

Never again.

Liked:The grounds are nice and the rooms are clean

Disliked:It took me 2 hours to check in with someone off a kiosk and had to make 4 trips into the lobby because they gave me keys to someone else’s room, they gave me keys that didn’t work, they did not explain where to go and i had to resort to house keeping to tell me where my room is who did not know english. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
