Outstanding Customer Service from Glenna & Sean

Liked:While our trip had some unexpected challenges, I wanted to take a moment to recognize two employees who truly made a difference during our stay: Glenna and Sean. Glenna, the manager, was incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about making sure guests felt welcomed and valued. She took the time to listen, showed empathy, and went above and beyond to ensure our last evening was enjoyable. Sean, the valet/bell attendant, was equally amazing. He was always friendly, helpful, and greeted everyone with a smile. Whether he was assisting with luggage, answering questions, or simply checking in to make sure we had what we needed, his positive attitude never went unnoticed. Because of Glenna and Sean, my daughter and I were able to end our trip on a positive note—relaxing by the pool with friends and enjoying the resort grounds. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests are exactly what hospitality should be. Thank you both for making us feel welcome and cared for. You are true assets to the resort, and we hope to see you again next year!

Looking forward to coming back again.

Liked:We stayed in the villa suite and it was perfect. Great view, quiet and private, and just a short walk to the main lodge and amenities. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a great spot for both couples and families to relax. My wife and I will come back again at some point.
