would never stay at this property, my work trip was interrupted, the worse!

Disliked:my reservation was not honored, "system down" no help from booking nor front desk staff. you could tell ac was not working, room keys were failing, holes in drapes

Place is a fraud, do not book

Liked:I didn't stay there I was told to leave when I arrived and no rooms for me. The fire alarm was going off. Someone was working on the fire alarm control panel

Disliked:I didn't like booking a room to be turned away when I arrived. I didn't like being told I didn't have a room to later be charged as a no show. I am proceeding with fraud reports

Liked:staff was great..liked that i had a fridge..parkings included..felt safe

Disliked:building was run down..expensive for that value..the carpets were not cleamed..tonnes of black hair on my feet that even when i wiped my feet..heeps of dirt n hair where attached to my feet.. and I am a blonde. would be nice to have basic utencils for the kitchen..and couldnt use the stove cuz i didnt have a match didnt have shampoo ..have to bring your own

Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment. Cash is not accepted. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights applies, and USD 15 per day thereafter. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are available at this property and are subject to availability. Please note that an additional charge of USD 10 will apply for early check-in and late check-out. Any damage to linen (pillow, bedsheet, duvet or towel) caused by guests will incur a charge. Smoking in non-designated areas will incur an additional charge of USD 250. Please note that additional unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of USD 50 per guest per night. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of $50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of $100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout. Please note that parking for large vehicles is subject to availability at the hotel. An additional charge of USD 25 per night may apply, payable directly at the property.
