Good for what we needed it for, but likely won’t stay again.

Liked:We have used this hotel numerous times over the last 15 years. We’ve had a graduation party there, a friends wedding reception. When we had no power, we stayed here. And my daughter has had a midsummer slumber party with her girlfriends here every year for the last 6 years. We have always enjoyed our stay and the staff is super friendly (for the most part).
Disliked:The carpets desperately need to be replaced. There weren’t pool towels both times we went down and it took three trips asking for towels to get them. They did not clean the pool area as there was a towel from the day before and was in the same spot it was the night previous. The elevators handrails fell off the wall three times. The wallpaper is peeling in so many spots. The lampshade was filthy.

Not bad for the value. Communication barriers and having to have your card reactivated every time you have to reenter yo

Liked:Continental breakfast, pool.
Disliked:The staff. Communication barriers were terrible if you need anything. I had to reactivate my card key to get back into my room at least 3x a day
