Liked:The staff were extremely helpful and polite and the facilities in the hotel were great, particularly the room and the swimming pool. The location is superb with Bahnhof Zoo just up the road, the Gedächtniskirche, the Ku'damm also. We love this part of the former West Berlin, the restaurants, pubs, the market stalls for curry wurst and beer, and it is easy to access all other parts of Berlin also. Weather was great so we had a lovely afternoon strolling around Tiergarten and stopping off in a beer garden on the way back to the hotel when a few drops of rain appeared. Free lunchtime summer concert in the Berliner Philharmonie on Wednesdays recommended. There seemed to be a lot of business customers in the hotel, probably because of the great location, but we would recommend the hotel for tourists like us too

Disliked:We liked everything about the hotel. Maybe the description of being in Charlottenburg is a bit off - when I was booking I thought 'oh that would be nice to be near Schloss Charlottenburg'. But in fact the location was much more central than being near the Schloss

Liked:ROOM IS VERY GOOD LOCATION NEAR ALL PUBLIC TRANSPORTATIONS

Disliked:They charged me for extra money , actually I was in hurry so I didn't ask and thought they will return the deposit but on my way to airport I discovered that charged me for 45 Euro plus 18 Euro on my arrival , can you tell me the reason for these 2 charges ??

Disliked:AC made a racket and despite complaining thrice nothing was done. Breakfast is very expensive
