VERY BAD SERVICE AND THE OWNERS SPOKE VERY LITTLE ENGLISH. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE.

Liked:Place was clean and the property was taken care of.

Disliked:The staff (NOT THE CLEANERS/ROOM SERVICE) The owners spoke hardly any English. They got our account and name wrong. They hung up on us 3 times. No one knew the details of my stay and they kept putting me on hold while they walked around asking and calling ppl for details. I could hear everything while I was on hold. When they couldn’t figure out how to help me, they just hung up the phone.

Stay away unless you're looking for a good time

Liked:Close to where we needed to be.

Disliked:Horrid place that should be closed or raided by the police or both. My husband was approached by a prostitute walking around the property in underwear bumming cigarettes; staff said she was harmless. Dangerous and bad for North San Diego. AND no longer have breakfast, which is another reason this place was chosen.

Liked:I liked the room, quiet and clean!

Disliked:No staff came by to see if you needed anything, when I first got there, had to call for someone to come and turn my air on, too high for short people, like myself to reach to turn on, so, the lady at the desk, came to turn it on, and she had to figure out how to turn the air on, only a shower, no tub when I got there, I like to soak, and, when I got ready to leave to turn in the key, the office had opened, but the door was locked, had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come, and lastly, I had to pay $100, for whatever reason, when checking in, which they give back to you, after you check out, will never stay there again!
