Last case place to stay.

Liked:The room was actually clean, bed wasn't bad.

Disliked:Homeless all over the parking lot and out front. Poor check in procedure. Hallways and lobby dirty. Feeling of unsafe if you would be younger or female. Massive list of things not to do, like threatening or harassing other guests. You actually have to initial that.
