Liked:Great location and very cordial personnel at the front desk. View from our room was great!

Disliked:We had requested a reschedule of our reservation, which was successfully rescheduled by the Booking.com team and confirmed by the hotel. When we arrived, they informed us they did not have any reservation under our name... After lots of back and forth, we were informed there was a miscommunication between two different departments of the hotel (the reservations team had not updated the information in their system, hence the front desk staff were not able to see anything)... despite the mess, the employee at the front desk was very nice and attentive, apologized for the confusion and solved the situation by working it with his Supervisor. When heading to our room, we noticed the overall look of the elevators needed a renovation (old paint cracking), but thought it was not a big deal... When we finally arrived to our room, we noticed the bathroom showed humidity stains on the ceiling (black mould?) and had zero ventilation (no air extractor / fan), and it was visible the ceiling had been previously painted to cover old humidity marks. Additionally, the toilet seat was cracked, so good luck when sitting on it (or standing up...)

Liked:I did like that it was downtown!

Disliked:No view or water as expected! Room was cheap looking like the motel 6 way over priced lights flicker an go out every time we sat on the bed! Very uncomfortable! Breakfast cost ! parking cost!

Needs updating but great location

Liked:Location was perfect, beds were comfy, a/c was nice and cold.

Disliked:Never told where to park, nor heck-out time when checking in. The only floor that had ice available was 9th. The room was very 'used". Furniture paint was chipped off in many places, walls were scuffed up, room smelt like smoke. Definitely needs updating.
