Totally disappointed

Liked:I was disappointed with my recent stay at this Embassy Suites. The hotel is clearly showing its age and is in need of a major renovation. The bathroom vanity had a large crack running across the granite countertop, which made the room feel poorly maintained and neglected. I've attached a photo because it speaks for itself. Another unpleasant surprise was the $15 per night parking fee, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. Unexpected charges like this leave a bad impression. The evening reception was a joke. There were only two beer choices, neither of which was served cold. The bartender's attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional. A little customer service training would go a long way. On the positive side, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality food. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, the excellent breakfast and front desk service could not make up for the outdated condition of the hotel, poor evening reception, and unexpected parking fee. I hope management invests in renovating the property and improving the guest experience.

Dirty and outdated

Liked:Horrible for a 3 night stay I stay one night and left that isn’t how anyone should spend their birthday! It was hot, dark , and dirty!!

Housekeeping needs to be reviewed

Liked:The front desk staff was pleasant, just one mistake as I was checking in they called my room number out loud and it was a lot of people around. I was told that room number are not supposed to be called out loud🤔

Disliked:The housekeeping staff need to be reviewed, they do not do a good job at all, I have to call twice when I came back in the evening for the trash to be removed, bathroom wasn’t cleaned, bed wasn’t made properly, dust was there, I was very disappointed about that
