Worst hotel on Tybee

Disliked:The place is nasty not clean. Smelled like mold and mildew. The sheets are stained yellow in spots. The bathroom was not cleaned. There was also grease and dirt on the handles of the drawers and fridge. Looks like it was last cleaned in 1959!!! People were doing drugs at the pool when we arrived. We ended up having to get another room at a different hotel. This place should be shut down.

My honest review...you asked for it...all the disgusting details...

Liked:Close to.the beach within reasonable walking distance to many restaurants stores etc. Pool was clean but one ladder was broken wish there would've been a hot tub. Really.cool blue light in pool.

Disliked:No staff available upon checking in, had to call a number posted on the locked front office door 2 different times and wait almost half an hour before a gentleman in a Chic-fil-a hat looking like he just woke up came from one of the rooms to let us check in. He was very unprofessional, disoriented & disheveled. Then the gentleman tried to say I didnt have a reservation because they had written my name down wrong. Room was clean upon just opening the door and looking inside but the sheets on the bed were stained with yellow spots there were hairs, long black nasty hairs underneath the sheets and PUBIC hair all over the bathroom shower and CEILING. Light in the bathroom flickered like something straight out of a scary movie. Bedside table was sticky and gross, remote control to t.v. was also sticky and broken. T.V. had several small bright spots on the screen that made the t.v. hard to watch. Microwave was gross with old rice and peas left inside on the plate, refrigerator had ice build up and crumbs all inside. I physically had to clean the air conditioner filters that were so caked with dust they looked like they had never been cleaned or it had been a very long time since they were cleaned. The air that was blowing from the a.c. smelled like mildew and the a.c. was not very cold at all even on the lowest setting. Upon checking out there was still no staff at the front desk, door was locked lights were out with a note stating to leave rooms keys in the little window upon checking out.
