Liked:Reception staff unfriendly ,we were sold a balcony on which smoking is not allowed though we specified we are smokers.Pillows full of dust and smelled old.

An iron. They provide an iron!

Liked:While perhaps not intentional, the Dining room decor seems to celebrate Christmas all year with bright reddish carpeting and green upholstered chairs. Perhaps it's an homage to an another decade, as the ceiling has a vintage (but interesting) vibe, as well. The breakfast food was good and plentiful, so no complaints here. The bed was comfortable and the linens crips and clean. What was most appreciated was the extra pillows (two per person). And, unbelievably, there was an iron and ironing board stocked in the room. In my experience, that's rare in European hotels. So hooray for that! Though we visited in February and could not enjoy the balcony, I imagine that is a welcomed addition on warmer days. The employees were professional, but not what I would categorize as friendly. Overall a pleasant stay.

Sauna room

Liked:The hotel is outdated, the A/C was not working and the next door room was so hot the wall felt like a sauna When i informed the reception and somebody passed by stating there is a technical error which will be fixed in 1 hour… it was already 10.30 PM I explained that it will not be possible to sleep in this heat, he said he would be able to sleep. I said really?!! He said yes you should believe me 😂 I asked for another room… he left… No sorry, no solution,… for a room at 150 EUR for 1 night without breakfast Well done 👏👏👏

Liked:I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and I’ll make the review short, because it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I’ve given it two start because it wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, but it wasn’t great. The hotel is quite far out of the city and so not ideally situated if you plan to visit the centre. It’s around €30 to / from the airport in a taxi. The rooms are quite big, but were tired looking and had a musty smell. The curtains had some holes and the furniture generally was old looking. The bet was at least clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very average, and there was a bar but there was no atmosphere. I had two experiences with the front desk staff when I was asking for help with something, and both times it really felt like they couldn’t be bothered helping. The first time, I gave up, and the second time (when my room key had stopped working) the desk manager gestured through the window that he would be in your help me once he’d finished his cigarette. I don’t like to factor price into my reviews because I realise not everybody pays the same, but nevertheless the only reason I can think of to stay here is if cost was important and you got a great deal. I won’t be back!
