Not worth a quarter of the price I paid

Liked:It was in a central location for my journey

Disliked:I booked a double bed and fret I booked they saint a message saying it was “subject to availability” and then failed to provide it, the room was also grubby ( see photos) and the cleaner knocked on our door at 8:30 to see if anyone was in the room as their cleaning schedule system was down so bang went the planned lay in after a late night driving!

Disliked:Upon checking into the hotel, even though we registered our rental car's license plate and filled out the necessary forms, the hotel forwarded parking fines to the rental company. Although I successfully contested and had the fines themselves cancelled, I was still required to pay a £400 penalty to the rental company as per the terms of the contract. I ended up paying a penalty due to this unfairness and error on the hotel's part. You risk getting fined if you visit with a rental car.
