Could Improve

Cleanliness9.5

Multiple reviews explicitly call rooms 'spotless' and 'spotlessly clean' and praise the bathroom and general cleanliness.

Service9.6

Service repeatedly described as 'superb', 'very friendly', staff 'professional yet warm' and prompt in responding to requests; staff handled booking issues well.

Location9.4

Many reviewers note an excellent, very central location (short walk to city centre, '10 min of everything'), with pleasant riverside views and terrace.

Room Quality9.0

Rooms described as spacious, modern, comfortable with very comfortable beds; some noise and one report of A/C failure are isolated negatives.

Amenities8.5

Pool praised by several guests (called 'fantastic') but some expected more luxurious offering; bar with river view is pleasant though restaurant/bar service and variety received some criticism.

Value for Money7.2

Multiple complaints about breakfast being overpriced (EUR26) and some comments about pricey cocktails; overall value slightly diminished by extra charges.

Food and Beverage8.6

Food is often described positively ('outstanding', 'very good', 'great'), though there are notes about limited choices in pub-grub area and slow restaurant service at times.

Overall Experience8.6

Overall sentiment is strongly positive ('Excellent stay', 'Outstanding', 'Lovely stay'), with isolated issues (noise from work, A/C, breakfast price) that temper perfect scores.
