Awful

Liked:This is not a 4 star hotel, reception is not helpful, hotel bar closed for the entirety of our stay. A simple ask for a coffee, I was sent to a coffee machine that wasn’t working, I asked for milk and they didn’t have any. There is building work outside which maybe why the rooms smell of sewerage, the smell was so bad we had to keep the windows open, other guests had the same issue. Hotel is not in a nice area, only plus is it’s near a metro station- avoid this hotel. It’s tired and the staff are unhelpful

I was really upset when we arrived to find out that despite having booked a twin room we were allocated a double bedded

Disliked:The location was further from the main events than I hoped. It is difficult when you only have a map to look at when booking.
