Terrible

Liked:The bed in the room was very comfortable.

Disliked:1.The shower drain is poorly designed, so the entire bathroom floor is wet after showering. 2.I booked a room on Booking.com, but the hotel charged me $50 more than the original price. We didn't use any paid services or facilities, and there was no damage to any items that needed compensation. I don't know why I was charged $50 more. I left a message for the hotel to inquire, but received no reply.

Nice hotel but a little expensive for what you get. Beds are not that big, we had 4 to a room and it was pretty squished

Disliked:Would be nice to have free coffee provided in the morning. Only Starbucks available or the buffet. There is a Dunkin Donuts within walking distance.

Liked:The hotel was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and check in was smooth.

Disliked:There was a huge visible stain on the mattress. There were some sort of cracker or cookie crumbs smashed into the couch cushions. And only 2 towels? Really?

It was very clean,comfortable. Staff were polite.i was very pleased.

Liked:The location was perfect for a concert nearby.i was unaware of any breakfast.

Disliked:I always think pools and restaurants/bar should be open later for people who attend events and get back to hotel later but aren't ready to retire to room.open to like 1:00 or 2:00 am would be good. Maybe a paper handout for quick reference for available services,breakfast?I didn't know about.
