Widely overpriced and terrible staff.

Liked:Centrally located to the airport and University of Miami

Disliked:Worst hotel staff ever. No one’s ever at the front desk to help. Stood at the front desk for over 30 min waiting to be checked in at 11 pm at night. Three workers were there but no one acknowledged the line of folks waiting. Tons of people overbooked and people’s rooms weren’t clean. Complete shit show.
