Beautiful place but no smart TV

Liked:Beautiful pool, good gym. Location was ok, fairly close to Phuket old town. Room was big, aesthetic and clean. Friendly lovely staff. Breakfast was buffet style on the weekend (Friday) when we stayed and à la carte on weekdays - breakfast orders took 20+ minutes to cook some pancakes.

Disliked:Room had no smart TV, only normal TV. Couldn’t connect my Netflix account even with Android mirror cast.

Liked:The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was so lovely that I extended another night. It’s not walking distance from the center but only 15mins drive and you wont regret staying here. Definitely recommend

First stay and excellent experience

Liked:My wife and me staid at the hotel due to a family visit in the area. While we usually stay at resorts like Amari or Amatara for relaxation, this time it was Important to us to stay close to the family home in town. We choose the Ramada for their good reviews and close proximity to our family and in that sense were not really targeting a special tourist or beach location. Given our intent and reasons for choosing Ramada, we were not disappointed at all. Free Parking is available, partially underground (was important as it rained heavily all week), rooms are large enough, clean and well equipped and maintained with all aminities you would expect. Specially notable is the very friendly and attentive staff, no matter housekeeping, receptionist or restaurant. Breakfast offers a good selection of various foods, we did not get an opportunity to test the dining. The hotel location is also quite close to the large shopping mall Central in Phuket, which was convenient for us too. Lastly price /value ratio is very good in our opinion and also worth a recommendation. All in all an excellent experience in the week we staid without any disappointments at all. Will definitely consider this hotel again for the same reasons as mentioned above.
