I would definitely not stay here again!

Liked:The common areas are very nice and beautifully decorated. The swimming pool is lovely, and it’s great that there are also recreation activities and options for children.

Disliked:Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Breakfast and dinner were chaotic, very busy and with almost the same options every day. The service was generally not very good, and it seemed that there were not enough staff. Even ordering a simple drink could take a very long time. The room was definitely not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. I honestly don’t understand some of the other reviews. There was mold throughout the room, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the floor was constantly wet. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay and expected much more from a 4-star hotel. Very disappointing.

Liked:The pool, location, beach, activities, staff

Disliked:There is no advertisement that drinks are not included. I complaint and in the last minute they accepted it. But this information should appear here in booking. Even, I think that offering one soda (or even a bottle of water) per dinner should be win-win for the hotel and guests (no sentimen of “they are trying to take my money away” for 5 Reais per day)

Samoa Beach Resort - heaven on a stick.

Liked:Brilliant escape. Great place to relax and get away from it all. The resort needs some maintenance but as it is in transition from being the Sheraton to bring manage by the local community and the Samoa Tourism Authority these little things will get done in time. Great staff being ever so friendly and accommodating at all times. Will definitely be going back to this resort in the future - maybe even sooner than I thought. Fantastic - go see for yourself.

Beautiful location with very friendly and attentive staff. Great for 3-4 days in the sun.

Liked:Beautiful location and lovely resort. Staff really helpful and attentive. Nice pool and lots to do on the beachfront. Jangada rides to the reef and kayaking both affordable and enjoyable. Felt very safe and good balance between atmosphere and overcrowding on the beach. Easy to get an Uber to local town too for restaurants and shopping for artisan goods.

Disliked:There was only one restaurant which offered a good mix of food (though more variety could be a positive) but it was very crowded at times and could do with another option in the evening e.g turning the poolside restaurant into an all inclusive one. Other feedback would be to improve the check out experience. Long queues and waits for them to check your minibar usage. Better to take preauthorisation on credit cards and charge costs to allow speedy checkout
