Mold and Water leaks!

Liked:who thinks that a river is going through, and we couldn’t tell because hallways was barely lit and carpeted. We just sunk in. We told the front desk and they said they would try to get us a discount and are working on getting the water out. Three days later, getting woke up early every morning from people vacuuming and running loud fans and commotion, the water was subsided. Then couple days later, my daughter who has a chronic illness from mold poisoning starts getting a rash and feeling sick. Sure enough, we find mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and shower. I call and the only thing they did for me was give me 1 of the 7 nights free. I had to pack up and move losing half a work day so that small refund is less than what I lost for work. They have terrible customer service and I would never stay here again. It was not a good experience at all, a full week of fighting to get decent care and nothing was done to make it right. I should have taken a picture of my wet socks and shoes too had I been thinking ahead. By far the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed at, terrible management, unkempt rooms, needs some upgrades to mold issues obviously and with there being water leaks, more mold issues with happen.

Liked:Staff were very friendly, and room was comfortable. Lots of restaurants within walking distance nearby (be sure to check if they offer the neighborhood hotel discount!) Also liked that coffee was available all day. ☕️

Disliked:More fruit options at breakfast would be nice.

Liked:What we liked: Every person … every single one… was friendly, helpful, engaged and welcoming. The room was comfortable, well stocked, quiet and well lit. Hot water hot and instant. Fridge clean. Plenty of parking. What could use some improvement: No smart TV, so we could only watch what was on cable at the moment. Water pressure and shower nozzle inadequate. Absolutely NO exterior signage to direct the guest to the hotel. Your mileage may vary.

Good place on the way to the rocky Mountains NP

Liked:Nice apartment. Clean. Comfortable to reach from the cat. Location was what we needed- on the way from Denver to RMNP

Disliked:1. Not enough hot water in the shower 2. In checkout time, 7 am, the desk was empty
