SOMEONE BROKE IN

Liked:I had the WORST stay ever here and SOMEONE BROKE INTO MY ROOM during the night. My boyfriend and I checked in and the room was filthy, the bedding had stains on it and the entire room REEKED of cigarettes. We decided to tough it out and went to bed after LOCKING BOTH LOCKS. We woke up in the night to someone OPENING THE DOOR several inches, but thank god we had the hinge lock on, so they could t open it all the way. We were absolutely terrified. Then early in the morning there was loud pounding on the window. When we told the workers about it they did not take it seriously and didn’t seem to care. Apparently the manager (Shmi) lives in one of the rooms and they were not coming to talk to us. I would never stay here. It is unsafe, disgusting, and the staff is not helpful at all.
