Great hotel, but maybe not for groups.

Liked:This hotel is clean, everything is in good order, there are several public spaces to hang out. Alyza, the sales manager, did an awesome job of fixing all the little bloops. Unfortunately, there were a lot of little to medium sized bloops. We had trouble getting staff to unlock the door to our hospitality room, some of our party were not given the right number of breakfast vouchers, and one family had a room charged to another family member. The breakfast was okay, not great, but there was a good variety of food items. If we were not part of a large group, the hotel would have probably earned 5 stars. All the staff was friendly and Alyza was a lifesaver.

Great Team Meeting Experience!

Liked:I had the pleasure of working with Alyza Macarilay to coordinate my 50+ person event. From the planning process, to the lead up, to the actual event - the HGI Louisville Airport staff provided a top-shelf experience. I would not hesitate to host another event at this facility!
