Wish I had a better experience

Liked:I love the location of the property right next to Kentucky Kingdom, airport and numerous restaurants. That’s always a plus.

Disliked:The front desk clerk was a bit rude. She didn’t greet me whatsoever. No Hello ma’am, How can I help you or anything. No thank you enjoy your stay at the end of our transaction. She flat out said, “I need your ID and card on file”. Her nationality is Indian or an Arabica. I handed her my card in her hand and she shoved mine back to me on the counter desk as if she didn’t she I had my hand out to receive my card the same way I handed it to her to me that’s rude and bad customer service. My room number was 617 King suite. I paid $400 for my stay plus a $100 hold when you don’t know when the hold will be released back to you. My room 617 was dirty. The carpet could have been vacuum better. It was all kind of hair on the floors all over the room including the bathroom. The wall in the bathroom had a lot of blood stains on the wall by the toilet. I forgot to get a picture. It could have been something else either way it was nasty and should be cleaned off. Make-up on the pillowcase. I do not wear makeup at all. Either way, I doubt I will ever stay here again. Hopefully the next person experiences will be better. Beware of dirty dishes as well, if you eat anything check your glassware.

Liked:Staff in bar Staff in Restaraunt, especially the morning host, his nighttime brother host and their lovely mother Front desk, all but 1

Disliked:Al's Table - except for the fried chicken and the hamburger were good. Literally, every thing else, breakfast menu or buffet, lunch, dinner were horrible. Meatloaf, actually didn't taste like real hamburger, BBQ, to sweet and hard to eat...deviled eggs - Not even sure where to begin they were rubbery and the deviled, we'll it was awful. Staff - only 1, the one that works days, that handled my extension, she's why I didn't extend another week. S Oh, and the noise when a group hit, the entire hotel was turned upside down and loud inside abc out well into the night, lobby, out front pool area, left a mess, loud made people annoyed because Staff tried nothing. Pool closed at 11pm, kids just ignored that

Liked:The front desk was amazing, super helpful & friendly! Facility was beautiful & comfortable.

Disliked:Although the beds are comfortable, the blankets are very thin, and I would prefer a thicker, more comfortable blanket. Also, I was disappointed that their was no breakfast buffet the next morning. I had told my friend who was with me how good it was the time I stayed & was excited to treat her to it the next morning. Sadly, there was not enough guest in the hotel for them to run it.
