Not a good experience

Disliked:Waiting for shuttle at LAX for over an hour, asked to leave a 100 dollar deposit, room was tatty, bathroom had peeling vinyl wallpaper,and what seemed to be black mould in the grout, TV wall had a damaged unpainted patch, needing repair, breakfast was SATISFACTORY.
