Really enjoyed how safe and comfortable we felt.

Liked:Shelby was exceptional. We were there on a family emergency and she was so kind and attentive. Her customer service exceeded our expectations, and she really made us feel heard. The room was beautiful and the attention to detail was great. We enjoyed the courtyard and morning coffee to unwind before heading to Cedars-Sinai hospital, which was only minutes away. I highly recommend the hotel!

Disliked:I was charge twice for parking, but my bank got that squared away.

Great Value!

Liked:Veronica at the front desk was super helpful. I left some items behind and she kindly shipped it to me. When my passcode to enter my room wasn’t working, she sent me my new passcode via text so I didn’t need to wait around.

Disliked:I had a room above the inner courtyard and I could hear the dinner below me.
