Property has potential

Liked:The location was good. Close to the places we needed to get to. Neighborhood is full of eateries and drug stores.

Disliked:The bath towels and bath mat were stained. The host dropped off new ones the next day. The floor and counters were dusty. The couch had food crumbs. The hallway bathroom shower handle was broken. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were not provided even though "toiletries" is on the provided list. There was a tear on one of the pillow covers.

Disliked:We came 3 hours after the check in time but the cleaning lady was just starting. waited 3 more hours to get it clean. but it was not clean. No hot water at one of the bathrooms. In the second bathroom the tap was broken. We tried to call the owner in the morning but got no solution. we took our stuff and went to an hotel.

Only thing good about this property was location. Everything else was unsanitary and unsatisfactory!

Liked:Location was probably the best part about this property.

Disliked:Broken light cover in master bedroom, broken bathroom cabinet door in master bathroom, peeling ceiling in living room upon entering home, no porch light very dark at night, holes behind bedroom and bathroom doors, stained pillow cases and sheets, stained walls in bedrooms, poor patch up work on bedroom walls, dirty and very dusty floors, dusty and dirty dishes had to wash them before use, uncomfortable beds, thin mattresses, full sized beds instead of queen sized beds. House needs major TLC and renovation!

A clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay

Liked:The accommodation was very clean and suited our needs perfectly for the time we were in the area. The only downside was that toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were not provided, so we needed to go out and purchase our own. Aside from that, everything was comfortable and well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, found the location convenient, and appreciated the overall experience. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Disliked:The only thing we didn't particularly like was that basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were not provided. As we were travelling and had not packed these items, we needed to go out and purchase them ourselves. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay and were happy with the accommodation overall.
