Budget level hotel with some deferred maintenance. Employees were responsive and helpful.

Liked:Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Location was good for us. Breakfast employee was hardworking and kept everything stocked. Front desk employees were pleasant and helpful.

Disliked:The mattresses are thin and the sheets are ill-fitting so they became loose very easily. The air conditioner compressor made a loud noise every time it came on. The mini frig compressor made a loud noise when it went off, enough to wake us. The bathroom faucet aerator was broken causing water to splash out of the sink onto us when turning on. One side of the mirror light was out. One of the electrical outlets under the television didn't work. When we came in one evening our keys didn't work anymore and apparently there was a company-wide computer glitch causing our room to be assigned to someone else in the computer. The front desk person quickly checked this out and fixed it but it was a bit disconcerting.

Disliked:They said the room I booked was dirty and said everything would be comped and we could stay at their sister hotel but I never got a refund and the other hotel said I wouldn’t get charged a fee and my card the next day was charged $200

Disliked:It didn't meet the expectations that were explained in their profile. It was dirty - the floors in the room felt sticky, the mattress was uncomfortable and the sheets and towels seemed old.
