Convenient location but everything else kinda sucks

Liked:It was very close to the EcXel so its great for when you arend a conference there. The AC was very good and quiet. They provided a couple cups and cutlery with a tea towel. The towels were nice and the TV gad a bunch of options like Netflix and BBC iPlayer.

Disliked:The bathroom was separate from the room, so I had to cross the communal hallway every time. My room door didn’t have a dead bolt or any extra lock besides the simple turn key. There was no information whatsoever in the room, you have to screen shot all the check in information they sent you before because the wifi info etc is not in the room. The microwave was in the wardrobe and there was no place to plug it in, so I had to place it on the floor somewhere to be able to plug it in. There is one window that opens, but it doesn’t close. The worst part tbh was that the address that’s given is for the apartment, but you have to pick up the key at another place, and there is no address for that place, you are just given pictures and a description, I felt like I was on a scavenger hunt (with a heavy backpack). I reached out for clarification, in Booking messages, never heard back.

Wouldn’t ever stay again.

Liked:Central location for excel.

Disliked:Felt very unsafe. Set up was multiple rooms within 1 property, groups in other rooms using drugs, being loud, very intimidating. Check in process very clunky and was difficult to sort. Wouldn’t ever stay again. Ended up booking another property for the night.

To many suprises financially, poor presentation but fabulous location.

Liked:Location was great, access to the property was well explained. Lcal amenities, shopping or restaurants on doorstep. Fabulus view of O2 and view to London City Airport.

Disliked:To many monetary surprises once checked in. Service cleaning fee of £50 not mentioned at the point of booking, would expect that to be included. Damage waiver fee, minimum £10 otherwise a £100 holding charge (how long would it take to be refunded) A couple of items already damaged in the room expect previous visitors would have paid, but not fixed and it could be argued I was going to be held liable, again not mentioned until you receive the room key, to get this you have to select the damage waiver. Carpet badly frayed, TV not working, e.g. simple BBC1 or 2 not tuned. Re-tuning did not fix this, Marks on carpet (iron), no aircon unit functioning.
