Liked:Great location , next to excel , 5 mins on foot from elizabeth metro line and DLR station. Super clean, quiet and comfortable. Great view from the terrace to the docks. Luggage store was available free of charge.

Disliked:A bit pricey , but this is London....

Liked:Hotels inna good location good transport links, cleaning staff are excellent. Hotel is lovely and gave us a free drink too

Disliked:Not much it is a bit out from central London but right beside custom house station which you can then use to get to central London.
