Liked:Staff where nice from when we first walked in and the hotel was clean and tidy, very happy with my stay.

Disliked:Not much apart from the £16 a day hotel car park.

Perfectly good, slightly out of town hotel

Liked:Nice new hotel, rooms were a decent size, very clean, nice bedding and towels, staff were helpful and friendly.

Disliked:It’s a fair way from the centre of London but the DLR gets you there. There’s nothing else in that area except for other hotels eg convenience stores. Bathroom fittings were a bit poor and the shower was mediocre.
