Like I said, the location was great, but unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the flat.

Liked:The location was great and very convenient, which was a real positive. Unfortunately, it was a shame that the flat was very dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. With better attention to cleanliness, it could have been a much more enjoyable stay.

Disliked:Unfortunately, the property was very dirty when we arrived. The bedding did not look or feel as though it had been freshly cleaned, and the overall cleanliness of the property was very poor. There was dirt throughout, and we did not feel that the property had been properly cleaned before our arrival. We were very disappointed with the standard of hygiene.

Clean comfortable stay

Liked:Good location close to the underground, but quite far from the airport. Nicely updated kitchen and bathroom - loved the heated floors! The built-ins in the bedrooms are quite nice. We appreciated their ability to accommodate us on short notice.

Disliked:Paint could be freshened - lots of nicks & dents. And some art on the walls would warm things up. I certainly wouldn't want 10 people in there - especially with only 1 bathroom! The pillows also need replacing as they aren't very comfortable.

Disliked:The street was dirty and full of rubbish. not Luxury really. Ran out of toilet paper.
