It never happened as the hotel cancelled with no explanation

Liked:I’ll never know!

Disliked:The fact it cancelled my booking with no explanation even though I had booked well in advance of my intended stay. I had no reply to my emails to find out why.

Convenient but not great

Disliked:Lift wasn’t working so it could take 20mins to get downstairs. Took the stairs a couple of times. Some communal areas like the doorways near the lifts looked unkept and dirty.
