would not hesitate to return again, in fact, i will be there again next year!

Liked:i loved the attention to detail, i had no problems gaining entry, the staff was great, coffee at the entrance and other drinks, which i loved. the staff was fantastic

Disliked:there were a couple addicts a few doors down doing what addicts do, this is no slight against the property, sadly this is common place in London these days, so sad...

Fantastic Place

Liked:It was easy to access, and enjoyed the keyless entry. Remote check-in was great, was able to verify quickly at the front desk that check-in was successful and no awkwardness with having my guest show up late. Only issue was a fire alarm occurred that wasn't due to a fire, but even than it was resolved quickly.

Disliked:Towels are a bit small
