Decent option for a short stay

Liked:The best part is definitely the location, with direct access to the beach. The restaurant is also very good, and the restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming. For a simple one- or two-night stay by the beach, it does the job.

Disliked:The room was very basic and quite dated, and overall I didn’t find it particularly comfortable or good value for money. The furniture and bathroom could really use some renovation and a fresh coat of paint. The room also felt quite dark and enclosed, with a small window opening directly onto an area where people pass by, so there wasn’t much sense of privacy. Cleanliness could be improved: there was sand in the room and even on the bed covers, some of the linen was stained, and the floor felt sticky/damp. The beds were also not very comfortable. Reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, in contrast to the lovely restaurant staff. I also wouldn’t recommend the massage/manicure/pedicure services, which I didn’t find worth the price. It’s a decent option if you mainly want somewhere simple to sleep with direct beach access, but I wouldn’t choose it for a comfortable beach getaway. At around 30,000 CFA per night, I would personally rather pay a little more for a more comfortable and better-maintained room. Also worth noting that use of the beach sunbeds was apparently not included in the room price.
