Terrible do not stay

Liked:Stayed for 3 nights, the hotel towed my car the day I was checking out claiming I was walking the walkway as well as an entrance for guests.. I had the card that I was staying at the hotel, asked to park upfront because of kids and many bags, also when I asked for pictures the pictures proved that I was not blocking the walkway or the entrance. They were rude and stated I need to pay for the tow, go get the car myself. I had 2 small children, a flight I had to board in 2 hours, and 6 luggage’s. I would never recommend staying here. Please dont I had to pay 250 dollars, missed my flight, and skip out on multiple things due to it, kids missed next day of school due to having to catch the next flight due to the delay caused by my car being towed by the hotel I was staying at, when I literally asked the front desk if I could park infront. Absolutely insane. Oh completely forgot to mention that the rooms are old, and I had a clogged toilet two days in a row. I never write reviews, because I just don’t have the time but I had to here because of horrendous this experience was. I’m completely aligned with having policies/procedures in place to uphold values to all guests; however this statement is erroneous as I did not violate any of these policies. I clearly asked the front desk, prior to parking there if it was allowed. It was confirmed that it was. Additionally, your staff lied - stated I was blocking the door and cross walk, when that was not the case whatsoever. In the picture it’s evident that I was not doing either, and actually made sure I parked up enough so that cars could easily get in and out, as well as guests.

Liked:Very nice property. Connivence of shopping with Target store nearby.
Disliked:Luncheon meals were too dry! I don’t eat chicken but those who do complained that the chicken was dry. Need better options for vegetarian meals. Dried out vegetables is not a meal.
