The perfect stay!

Liked:If you want the mallorca finca feeling, this is the right spot. Clean, quiet, very beautiful and there was nothing that we missed. Even the parking spots are shaded. It's easy to reach if you arrive via Lloret, just follow the signs from there. I do not need to add photos, because the place is exactly as seen on the already provided pictures.

Horrible checkin experience

Liked:The prosperity is ok IF you get the apparent but the company that is handling the reservations is horrible and the ruined our vacation from the moment we got there. We were given instructions how to check in on WhatsApp, as it is a self check in unit. All good so far. We were given a code for the parking area, and a code for the accommodation unit, it was clearly stating an electronic key pad and just that. We arrived there around 18:50. Our big surprise was that there was no electronic lock to open. Instead there was a big metal door with a regular key, and no key. In the instruction was no code for any other lock. Next to the door where was a box but no code that we had worked to open that box to get the physical key to open the metal door. At the property there was nobody as it is a self check in unit. So we were on our own, alone, in the 40 degrees heat, no way to enter the house. I wrote to the number that contacted me previously, but no answer. I wrote them at 18:48… they replied almost 2h later. We called the support number that was given in the contact details. That number was for an agency “Mallorca house rent” that handles the property and we spent with them more than 1 hour in several phone calls trying to explain that we can’t get in. At the beginning they did not even believe us that there is a metal extra door that the one with the electronic key pad… super frustrating. We sent them pictures, then they told us we are not in the corect location because apartment 8 has not number on it … we were in the corect place … in the end after more than 1h on the phone in the heat outside the house … they found the code for the metal door. We found that actually the key pad door was broken … the keypad did not work so probably somebody from the rental locked the second door also but did not tell anybody at the rental that the electronic pad is broken and to give us the second code to get in ….

Disliked:After the bad experience at the check-in plus the door that was not closing at night hard to tell anything good. The apartment looks nice and modern and the pool is ok but not cleaned enough we had to clean it ourselves sometime during the day.

Nice location, authentic vibes.

Liked:Nice location with panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains. Historical and authentic vibe of the apartments. Well-equipped terrasa and the kitchen. Free parking nearby.

Disliked:Although the apartment is spacious, there is no washing machine. We stayed longer, so it would be great if we could wash our clothes.

Poor communication and management

Liked:The accommodation itself is great, the management however is not, and there is no restaurant like advertised. After booking I received a message through hotels.com message portal with an email I needed to email to let them know what time we were arriving at least 48hrs prior, the booking stated checkin was from noon, so I emailed them saying we would arrive around 2PM, I heard nothing and emailed again asking if they could confirm, I got nothing. I got another message through hotels.com two mornings before checking in saying I needed to email them, I messaged back through hotels.com stating I had emailed them twice and again provided my email, the next morning I got message through hotels.com asking for a mobile number so they could send the entry codes, which I immediately provided. That evening I got a WhatsApp asking me to do an online check in and pay tourist tax, which I did and asked for the entry codes, but heard nothing. On the day we were due to arrive we left our previous hotel and messaged we were on the way and needed the entry codes as they still hadn't been provided. We were told check in wasn't until 4PM, even though the booking said noon and we had emailed telling them 2PM so why had nothing be told to is sooner. They then provided the codes and said we could check in early if the room was ready, if not we could leave bags and come back at 4, luckily the room was ready. Overall lovely but not worth the stress due to poor communication.
