Room was fine, service not the best.

Liked:Breakfast consisted of either a waffle or cereal with juice or coffee. It was very minimal but ok.

Disliked:One staff member was kind of rude. Also, I was charged an additional $45, I don't know why. When I called to ask, the person I talked to didn't know either. She said she'd have to verify with her manager and then call me back. She never did.

Staff was helpful.

Liked:The staff was very helpful. The beds were comfortable.

Disliked:TV didn't work in our room but we were staying 2 nights so when we got back to the hotel after our first day in Yellowstone, we found that they had switched us to a different room where the TV was supposed to work. At first it didn't and I had to go get the desk person. They came in and got it working. Sounded like the place was really understaffed.

Disliked:the breakfast options are extremely limited, only waffles, juice and cereal. There isn't even sliced bread, which I remember was available before Besides, I have concerns about the hygiene condition , I broke out in rashes all over my body after staying here
