Disliked:Place needs updating. Curtains were falling off the windows. There were no screens on the windows so you couldn't leave them open to get air. The room smelled of wood stove which caused us to have breathing problems.

Disliked:Nothing met my expectations. The cleanliness was poor, the facilities were old, and the bathroom was very uncomfortable. Worst of all, you could hear conversations from the other rooms as if the guests were in ours. The rooms next door were separated by very thin walls, and we could also hear the room above us. Footsteps, snoring, and even quiet conversations were clearly audible. You can imagine how that could be with young couples staying nearby.

Good location, hope new management will bring the condition of house up to date

Liked:Location, bed was comfortable, good quality coffee & tea. welcome gift of small bottle of white wine was nice.

Disliked:Condition of house - vintage victorian house. House had strong aging smells due to lack of air ventilation. Windows were not operational.
