Disliked:There were 3 separate guests plus me that were all told that the facility had overbooked all of our reservations and that we did not have a room at 9:30 on a Friday night. The clerk also indicated that this was not an isolated incident SO BE CAREFUL!!!

Disliked:I called 7 hours in advance to confirm I would be slightly late to check in and the staff assured me they would hold my reservation...I drove 7 hours from Ohio and they told me that they booked my room to someone else and could do nothing for me...and they were extremely rude about it all and told me I had to go outside to make calls and find another room...told me I was not a guest and was soliciting ...as it was raining outside....terrible facility and business
