Liked:We were there only one night. We got there 12:30 a.m and left 9;30 a.m. So, didn't really experience the location. We needed to be near the airport.

Good location, good apartment but poor check in and average mattress.

Disliked:Check in process was terrible. i had communicated clearly to hosts that we will be arriving between 4 and 4.30pm, and I was updating every 30 mins as we got closer to 4pm. Host said they would meet us at property when we arrived. We were at the property by 4.20pm, and had to wait outside (not even in a lobby) for over 30 minutes before someone arrived to give us keys. With 3 little kids, this was not at all acceptable especially since we are supposed to have access to the property beginning at 3pm. Please consider a better check in process where you can either leave the keys in a lockbox (near the property) or plan to meet us on-time at the property. Also, the mattress in the master bedroom upstair is sagging and should be replaced.
