Liked:Easy access to and from the airport.

Disliked:We requested a late check-in in advance and got no refusal. We even messaged the hotel earlier that same day confirming we would pay upon arrival, so they knew we were coming. Yet, when we arrived around 1 AM, we were told our booking was canceled and were offered a room only at a higher standard rate. The staff was unhelpful and kept speaking Portuguese to us, even though we stated we spoke English and calmly showed them that the app showed no cancellation. The issue was only resolved after Booking Genius support intervened and helped us get our room.
