Liked:The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

Disliked:I booked this hotel specifically because it had a swimming pool. Unfortunately, upon arrival I found out that the pool was closed due to maintenance work. This was not communicated to me before my stay. If I had been informed in advance, I would have booked a different hotel. In addition, the hotel closed one day earlier than stated on the website, which was also unexpected and not communicated beforehand. I find it very disappointing that these important changes were not communicated to guests. The availability of the swimming pool was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, and I believe I should have been informed so I could have made an informed decision before my trip. I would appreciate an explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
