Liked:The two ladies at the reception were so kind to me and very helpful. Also the bar tender where I went for dinner at their restaurant. The gentleman was so kind and nice to me. Everybody treated me so well. The room was great with a beautiful view. The hotel was near the metro and it was easy to commute.

Cozy hotel

Liked:It was clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The location is good close to the metro station. 10 minute drive to the airport.

Disliked:The property is a bit old. Needs revamping

Liked:The staff were friendly, efficient, helpful, good humoured.

Disliked:Not much. It was exceptionally quiet and that's fine. Turning on the volume on the tv screens (they're small !) for the benefit of people on their own would be good.
